Description of Restaurant:

Contemporary in design. Great location on Susquehanna River. Enjoy cocktails on outside deck illuminated by Tiki lanterns or, inside at the massive bar, with river views. Attractive banquet facilities.

The Food


French Onion Bacon Tart: Light flaky French puff pastry topped with creme fraiche, caramelized onions and bacon. Baked to perfection; this is a classic treat to start off a perfect meal @ $8.00.

Shrimp Tamales With Ranchero Sauce: Jalapeno cilantro corn masa dough filled with lime-accented shrimp, steamed in cornhusks and served on a roasted chile/tomato ranchero sauce. This is an unusual but spectacular dish @ $7.00.

Roast Duck Wade: Shredded roasted duck with onion, tomato and sherry resting on top of fresh corn, thyme pancakes and served with pepper relish and hot pepper jelly @ $8.00.

The "Black Tie" Sampler: An awesome array of the Waterfront's Stuffed Mushrooms, Petite Crab Cakes, Bermuda Triangles and Breakers Shrimp. Great for sharing!! @ $13.00.


Walnut Crusted Halibut: Halibut filet coated in a ground walnut breadcrumb mixture and sautéed. Served on a green onion, garlic beurre blanc with jumbo lump crabmeat. Served with cream cheese, mashed potatoes and fresh vegetable medley @ $18.00.

Chicken Orleans: Saut
éed chicken breast resting atop a bed of smothered potatoes, onion and sliced ham, finished with béarnaise sauce. This is sure to please. Served with fresh vegetable medley @ $14.00

You'll think you're in Maryland not Pennsylvania:
Crab Cake Dinner: Two jumbo lump crab cakes served on a bed of flavorful corn relish and served with oven roasted potatoes and fresh seasonal vegetables @ $20.00.

A Pork lover's treat! Love Chef favorite:
Anise-Scented Pork Tenderloin: Pork tenderloin marinated with hoisin sauce, ginger and anise. Slow baked, then sliced and served with a fresh mango salsa @ $15.00.

Great Pasta Main Course!
Penne New Orleans: Pan roasted white tiger shrimp, chicken and andouille sausage, onion, garlic, peppers and fresh vegetables in a spicy Louisiana cream sauce, nestled over semolina penne pasta @ $16.00.

And the menu goes on with a flavor of New Orleans.

The Waterfront has special music evenings and seasonal barbecue evenings that keep this place exciting and reasonable enough to enjoy often.
