		Driving along 
		I-25 somewhere around Exit 146, high on a hill with a spectacular view 
		of Colorado Springs and Pike's Peak Mountain (yes, that Pike's Peak), is 
		this stunning restaurant and banquet property that is a must visit 
		destination. 
		 
		It has been awhile since the first time I was here, but it seems more 
		beautiful than I remembered. 
		 
		Fireplaces (including outdoor) are the perfect setting to enjoy the 
		whole dining experience. 
		 
		Do have a cocktail in the cozy bar lounge area (smoking permitted) while 
		you gaze at the city and great vista. 
		 
		The outside terraced area has seen many wedding and business events at
