Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6 super sweet corn, husked
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 teaspoons curry powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch sea salt
Brush corn with the Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil and quickly sauté in hot skillet, turning frequently.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt butter, whisk in curry powder, garlic powder, cumin and sea salt.
Brush liberally on cooked corn and enjoy.
