WHOLE CRANBERRY ORANGE RELISHRinse cranberries with cold water before using.
1 cup orange juice
½ cup granulated sugar substitute
12 ounce pkg. Fresh cranberries
½ teaspoon ground ginger
Serves 6 to 8
Add juice and sugar substitute to a saucepan and bring to a boil; reduce heat then add cranberries and ginger. Cook about 10 minutes. Let cool before serving.
