LEMON VINAIGRETTE


            ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
            1 tablespoon minced fresh Italian parsley
            Pinch of sea salt 
            Freshly ground black pepper to taste
            ¾ cup Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

Yields approximately 1 cup

In a small bowl whisk together lemon juice, parley, salt and pepper. Add the Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a thin stream, whisking constantly. Chill until ready to serve.
