pound regular or low-fat kielbasa sausage, sliced ¼

16-ounce can cannelloni beans

teaspoon dried oregano

to taste (optional)

ground black pepper to taste

cup pasta water
Serves 4 to 6.
Cook the pasta. Reserve
½ cup water when draining.
In a large skillet, sauté the sausage, onions, and garlic in the olive
oil until the onions are soft. Add the beans, ketchup, oregano,
salt and pepper, cover, and continue to sauté. Add the pasta
water to the skillet and mix. Toss the mixture with the pasta and
serve.
