¼ cup Splenda Granular
            1 one-ounce square unsweetened baker’s chocolate, grated
            15 ounces whole milk ricotta cheese
            2 tablespoons Amaretto liqueur, plus more for drizzling
            1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
            1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Serves 4

Combine the Splenda and chocolate, then blend in ricotta cheese and the 2 tablespoons of Amaretto.

Divide the sliced strawberries on 4 plates, drizzle with Amaretto, and spoon on ricotta cheese mixture in a mound. Sprinkle with almonds and serve.
